Dr. Nomfundo is a senior lecturer in the Public Law Department at the University of Cape Town Law Faculty. She teaches constitutional law and has a broad research interest in constitutional and human rights law (from a critical race and afro-feminist perspective). Nomfundo also sits on the board of two other non-profits, the Equal Rights Trust and the Tom Queba Memorial Trust. She holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor in Civil Laws, MPhil (Law), and PhD (Law) from Oxford University.
