Bromwell Street judgment – what’s next?

The Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) handed down judgment in the Bromwell Matter, and orders City of Cape Town to provide Bromwell families with emergency accommodation in a location as close as possible by May 2023, and upholds their Appeal.
