Join us at the Land and Housing School 2024
Starting in July, our annual Land & Housing School brings together individuals from diverse communities and social movements for an enriching four-month journey. Together, we’ll delve into crucial topics identified by activists and concerned citizens like you, addressing the pressing challenges we face in advocating for equitable housing and essential amenities.
You’ll join fellow members of land and housing movements and independent community activists in different communities throughout the series. Our program is designed to meet the needs of participants, with sessions curated based on priority learning areas identified by people on the ground.
Co-created and developed by a dynamic team made up of Ndifuna Ukwazi and members from social movements, Reclaim the City, Housing Assembly, Indibano Yabahlali and Intlungu YaseMatyotyombeni, the series is both stimulating and relevant.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of this transformative experience. Should you be interested, please make sure you will be able to fully commit to the entire series of workshops (dates below)

Ahead of the Land & Housing School, we will host two community dialogues focusing on Democratic participation post-elections (29 June) and Climate Justice in the struggle for land & housing (13 July). If you are interested in attending these, keep your eyes posted on our social media and newsletter for more details.
